Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Full Refunds are given for unopened products with a valid receipt, and purchased within 30 days.

If a product is opened, and you have a valid receipt and purchased within 30 days, we charge a 20% return fee.

If a product is defective; for example, broken capsules or rancid smell, we are happy to exchange the item for a new one.

Online Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In Store Refund or Exchange

If you have purchased an item online, feel free to stop by any of our four locations if you need a refund or exchange.
